Responsible for establishing the overarching controls framework for the Strategic Shipbuilding Agreement (SSS) and its constituent programs and projects. As a key member of the SSA leadership team, this role reports to the Head of Enterprise PMO. About the Opportunity

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary financial management qualifications
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent demonstrated leadership in building frameworks and leading organisations through complex controls change.
  • Expertise in building education and awareness among project delivery personnel and subject matter stakeholders
  • Expertise in designing controls workflows and data sets to support and EVMS across systems.
  • Leadership skills at a senior level
  • Experience in managing and/or implementing Earned Value Management Systems
  • Experience in Promavera 6 (desirable)
